Our international Sofia event brought together 99 people of 18 nationalities. In Rhodes, we organised an incentive trip for 200 participants. A Malta gala completed a story for nearly 200 guests, while four events in Calabria welcomed almost 900 people across one season.

Are these fixed packages?
No. These are programme concepts and examples from our experience. Dates, flights, hotels, activities and availability are confirmed for each individual event.
Do we need to choose a destination before contacting TRCO?
No. Send the purpose, headcount, dates, departure cities and approximate budget. We can compare suitable destinations and agree the programme together.
Can you organise other destinations?
Yes. These are selected ideas from our wider portfolio. Tell us what you have in mind and we will discuss the destination, logistics and local programme.
Do all photographs show completed TRCO events?
No. The pages distinguish previous events and team visits from destination photography. A programme concept is not a claim that every listed combination has already been delivered.
