The destination / Your group

A small country. Plenty to experience together.

Historic streets in the morning, a chocolate workshop later, and a shared table in the evening. Belgium works well for a corporate trip that combines discovery with time to talk, without trying to see the entire country.

We build incentive trips and team retreats around people: their interests, pace and the purpose of the event. Brussels can be the base, with either Ghent or Bruges as another chapter. We have delivered an event here for an international company, including hands-on chocolate workshops.

From cocoa bean to your own creation

In a bean-to-bar workshop, chocolate becomes a shared activity. Participants explore the origins of cocoa, compare flavours and create their own combinations. During our Belgian event, guests made their own sweets. For your group, we choose the workshop, content and rotations so that everyone can take part, including dietary requirements in the planning.

Belgian beer, food and conversation

A specialist guide, a brewery visit or a tasting paired with local food can introduce Belgium’s brewing craft. Glassware, styles and traditions provide plenty to talk about. We include alcohol-free alternatives, then leave room for dinner and unhurried conversation.

Ghent or Bruges from the water

A canal cruise reveals bridges and brick façades from another angle. We select one city for the available time, combining the boat trip with a guided walk and a coffee break. Boat capacity, operating dates and group rotations are confirmed for the event.

Art, architecture and local discoveries

Brussels’ Grand-Place and Atomium, Flemish interiors and painting, and quieter side streets offer several possible themes. We can add a museum visit, an original city game or a guided architectural walk, with time for participants’ own discoveries.

Your itinerary / 3–4 days

A programme to make your own.

Day 1

A first evening together

Travel to Brussels, check-in and time to settle in. An introductory walk and a welcome dinner set the pace.

Day 2

Flavours, ideas and conversation

A chocolate workshop, space for a business session or team activity, then a beer experience with alcohol-free alternatives and an evening matched to the group.

Day 3

A city seen from the water

Ghent or Bruges for a walk and canal cruise, if departure times allow. For an earlier return, we stay in Brussels and keep the last day manageable.

This three-day outline is a starting point. Flights, group size, opening times and confirmed reservations determine the final schedule. A fourth day or a programme focused on a single city can create more space for a business meeting and relaxed discovery.

TRCO / From experience

Experience from our own Belgian event.

TRCO’s Belgian programme for an international company included bean-to-bar chocolate workshops. That experience informs our decisions about workshop capacity, the daily rhythm and on-site coordination. Malwina Kociołek’s photographs and our travel archive show places we know first-hand.

Planning your trip

Questions before we begin.

How long should a corporate trip to Belgium be?

Three or four days is a useful starting point. Flights, the number of cities and business sessions determine the final duration. On a shorter stay, we reduce transfers to protect time together.

Can workshops work for a large group?

We check the venue’s capacity first, then plan smaller teams and rotations. Dietary requirements and alcohol-free alternatives are included in the brief.

What determines the budget?

Dates, group size, transport, hotel standard, private venues and workshop staffing. We prepare an individual quotation once the programme and service scope are agreed.

What should we send TRCO first?

Your preferred dates, approximate headcount, departure cities, budget and the purpose of the event. If the destination or another detail is still open, we can work it out together.
