The destination / Your group

Small islands. A remarkable shared experience.

We organise corporate trips to Malta around the people, the purpose and the places. Having delivered numerous events on the islands, we know how to connect the history of the Knights of St John with adventures on the water, a business meeting and an evening with its own story.

Malta can host a reward for business partners, a team retreat or a conference with an incentive programme. For larger groups, we plan smaller teams during the day and bring everyone together for the evenings. Our experience includes an event for nearly 200 guests.

Mdina by torchlight

In one of our events, guides and torchbearers in medieval costume led the group through Mdina at night. A cathedral opened specially for the participants revealed a concert, followed by dinner at Bacchus and dancing. For a new event, we confirm the route, performance, venue access and group arrangements for the selected dates.

Gozo by speedboat and buggy

A fast boat crossing followed by a guided buggy outing offers a different pace. We can build a route around viewpoints, villages and a shared lunch, with possible stops near Dwejra, Xlendi or the salt pans. We have included buggy experiences in past programmes; the combined Gozo speedboat-and-buggy day is a proposal to tailor to your group. Boats, vehicles, driver requirements and a weather-dependent transport alternative are agreed in advance.

A gala in Valletta

We held a gala for nearly 200 people in the former Knights Hospitaller hospital in Valletta. Dinner, music and a knighting ceremony completed a three-part incentive series. The historic Sacra Infermeria, now the Mediterranean Conference Centre, can inspire a new anniversary, awards evening or partner event, subject to confirmed venue arrangements.

A different view from the water

The Three Cities, a harbour cruise and traditional Maltese boats can form a gentler chapter of the programme. We match vessels, boarding points and rotations to the group and the conditions. A longer cruise with time to relax can be considered when the season and sea conditions allow.

Local flavours and evenings together

Our previous events have included a long-table dinner in a former mill, exclusive use of Hugo’s Terrace and an evening at Medusa. For your group, we select a restaurant, rooftop or club around the atmosphere you want, the budget and the dates. Valletta, St John’s Co-Cathedral, Marsaxlokk, Dingli Cliffs and a team photo challenge offer further options for the daytime programme.

Your itinerary / 5 days / 4 nights

A programme to make your own.

Day 1 / Night 1

A first taste of Malta

Arrival, transfer and check-in, followed by a welcome dinner with Maltese flavours. The first evening follows the group’s actual flight times.

Day 2 / Night 2

Gozo: water, wheels and wide views

A proposed speedboat crossing, buggy briefing and guided outing in smaller teams, with viewpoints and lunch. The return crossing follows sea conditions; the evening leaves time to rest.

Day 3 / Night 3

A meeting, then Mdina after dark

Time for a business session or a quieter morning. Later, a torchlit walk, cathedral concert and dinner, with the complete sequence confirmed for your event.

Day 4 / Night 4

Valletta and a historic finale

A guided Valletta visit or the Three Cities with a harbour cruise. Time to refresh before a gala, potentially in the former Knights Hospitaller hospital.

Day 5 / Departure

One more coffee by the sea

Breakfast and free time according to the flight schedule. A final walk or local lunch may be possible before the airport transfer.

This is a five-day, four-night programme concept inspired by our experience. Flights, the season, sea conditions and confirmed reservations determine the final sequence. Concerts, buggy outings, private venues and gala production are specified in the individual proposal.

TRCO / From experience

Nearly 200 guests. A story in three chapters.

Our Malta case study brings together Mdina, a private cathedral concert, local food, buggy outings, boat trips and club evenings. A gala in Valletta completed an incentive series inspired by the Knights of St John. It was our sixth trip for the same client; a further event was contracted afterwards.

Planning your trip

Questions before we begin.

How many days should we allow for Malta?

The example covers five days and four nights, allowing separate time for Malta, Gozo and a business session. We can also design a shorter or longer version around flights and the experiences you choose.

Can you organise a large group or a conference?

Our experience includes a project for nearly 200 guests. We plan rooms, transfers, activity rotations and shared evenings together. Meeting layout, technical requirements and interpreting needs are agreed in the brief.

Are the concert and gala guaranteed at the venues shown?

The photographs and case study show events we have delivered. For a new group, venue access, availability, exclusive-use terms and production requirements must be confirmed for its dates.

What determines the cost?

Dates, group size, departure points, accommodation, room types and the selected programme all affect the budget. Boats, buggies, guides, catering, performances and private venues are itemised in the proposal.
