Team-building trips & corporate retreats

Kamila from TRCO leading water polo during a corporate team-building trip

Further from the office. Closer as a team. We organise international retreats with original activities, room for conversation and the practical support to bring people together.

Your team / Your purpose

A good plan. People at its centre.

We organise team-building trips abroad for companies that want colleagues to get to know each other, bring different offices together or celebrate a shared achievement. We begin with the purpose and budget, then choose the destination, hotel, daily rhythm and activities the group can genuinely join in.

A retreat can include a conference or workshop, but time for work, relationships and rest should be deliberately planned. For a reward linked to achievement or qualification criteria, explore our incentive travel programmes .

Planning / Clear assumptions

How much should you budget?

These planning figures come from TRCO’s Polish programme examples, updated on 3 November 2026. They are starting budgets for individual calculation, expressed in PLN per person. Departure cities and international group logistics are confirmed for your own proposal.

The final price depends on dates, headcount, flights, hotel standard, room types and programme. The quotation identifies flights and baggage, transfers, accommodation, meals, activities and TRCO support, together with optional extras and tax treatment. Sporting events, concerts, private venues and programme extensions require separate availability and pricing confirmation.

Example itinerary / Montenegro

Four days. Three nights. Time together.

Day 1 / Night 1

Welcome to the Adriatic

Arrival, transfer and check-in in Budva. A first walk and dinner at a local restaurant create a relaxed beginning.

Day 2 / Night 2

Mountain roads and local flavours

A jeep outing adapted to the group, a visit to Njeguši and time for local food. Return to Budva for an evening together.

Day 3 / Night 3

Kotor and your own discoveries

A guided Kotor walk, then rest or a team meeting back at the base. A final restaurant dinner brings the programme together.

Day 4 / Departure

A final coffee

Breakfast and airport transfer. A last walk is included only if the flight schedule allows.

This Montenegro example starts from an indicative PLN 4,500 per person. The three-night outline can be extended; flights, dates, room requirements and the agreed service scope determine the final quotation.

People / Atmosphere / Shared time

The moments that bring people together.

A shared activity, laughter and conversations that continue afterwards. See scenes from TRCO’s team-building trips, including Kamila leading water polo.

Working with TRCO

Set the purpose. We connect the details.

01 / Conversation

People, objectives, dates and budget. We identify what is essential and where there is room for new ideas.

02 / Concept

We compare destinations, programme options and service scope before reservations begin.

03 / Preparation

Flights, hotels, local partners and participant information. The TRCO event app can be included in the agreed scope.

04 / Delivery

On-site coordination, group communication and programme management, with clear responsibilities.

Planning your trip

Questions before we begin.

Does everyone have to join the same activities?

No. We match the programme to interests and abilities, providing a gentler alternative alongside more active experiences where appropriate. Team activities do not need to revolve around sport or competition.

Can we combine the retreat with a conference?

Yes. Meeting spaces, technical requirements, room numbers and transfer times are considered when selecting the hotel. We identify the business-session scope and cost in the proposal.

Can you coordinate participants from different countries?

We plan around departure points, arrival windows and the group’s communication needs. Our Sofia event brought together 99 people of 18 nationalities for a German company.

Do single rooms change the price?

Yes. The number and type of rooms affect the quotation. We ask how many single rooms are needed rather than assuming everyone shares a twin room.

What happens if weather or availability changes the programme?

We discuss alternatives or a different sequence for outdoor activities. Cruises, snow activities and particular events depend on conditions and availability. Booking terms and alternatives are agreed before departure.

When should we contact TRCO?

As soon as you have an approximate timeframe, group size and purpose. Earlier planning offers more choice for large groups or fixed dates. You do not need a destination already selected.

TRCO / Quality First!

A good retreat starts with a good conversation.

Tell us the purpose, approximate group size, preferred dates, departure cities and budget. We will help turn your ideas into a programme, with a clear scope of services.
