Our team brings together programme design, logistics, supplier negotiations, participant support and on-site delivery. Get to know us and contact the person best placed to help with your plans.
CEO
Jakub designs original travel programmes and negotiates contracts. He looks for beauty, history and memorable encounters in every destination. An avid reader who speaks three languages, he believes in people and the possibilities that good collaboration creates.
Head of Incentive
Michał has worked in tourism since 2011, first as a tour leader and later as a trip coordinator. He has lived and worked in Spain and Portugal and speaks fluent Spanish and English. He brings a structured approach to projects and is always exploring the next destination.
COO
Izabella manages the office and the operational foundations of our trips. She combines a legal education with many years in tourism and extensive knowledge of hotels around the world. Thorough and organised, she is especially fond of travelling in the USA and Spain.
Project Manager
Dorota has worked in the travel industry since 1991. She looks after flight arrangements, manages projects and supports individual clients. Calm and experienced, she enjoys literature and history away from work.
Senior Project Manager
Konrad takes projects from the first concept through to delivery. Based in Kraków, he is a familiar face at our events. Outside work, he is a UEFA-licensed football coach, supports Wisła Kraków and Liverpool, and plays the keyboard.
Project Manager
Malwina first worked with TRCO as an activities host, then as a tour leader, and now manages projects. Dance — especially dancehall and Latin styles — is her passion. She combines event experience with the energy and confidence of a performer.
Project Manager
Ema supports event organisation and the creation of our event apps. She has travelled since childhood and enjoys psychology, Jonathan Carroll’s books, rap concerts and Spain. Whenever she can, she turns her earnings into another journey.
