Corporate trips & incentive travel in Kenya

Lions resting on the Kenyan savannah with a safari vehicle in the background

Golden light over the savannah, then sand beneath your feet and the Indian Ocean. Three nights in Masai Mara and four on Diani Beach create two distinct chapters of one shared journey.

The destination / Your group

First, the adventure. Then, time to breathe.

An early safari, stories over dinner and, a few days later, unhurried breakfasts beside the ocean. Our Kenya programme combines an incentive reward, adventure and time for the team, with two main bases.

The proposal includes seven nights on location: three in the Masai Mara area and four on Diani Beach. International flights are additional to that stay. Camps, hotels, local flights and optional activities are selected and priced for your dates and group.

Experiences with a sense of place.

Three nights in Masai Mara

A carefully selected camp or lodge provides two full safari days, with further drives possible around arrival and departure times. Small groups travel in 4×4 vehicles with driver-guides, meeting again for meals. We specify whether the camp is in the reserve or a neighbouring conservancy, together with access arrangements and applicable fees.

Wildlife on its own terms

Game drives follow observations and local conditions. Big cats, elephants and other animals may become part of the experience, but particular sightings are never guaranteed. A visit agreed with a local Maasai community can add conversation, craft and cultural context. A balloon flight is an optional, separately confirmed experience.

Four nights on Diani Beach

After the safari, a beachfront hotel gives the group space to relax. We plan an air connection from the Mara region to the coast, with the airstrip, possible connections and baggage rules checked for the dates and number of passengers. Beach time, swimming and shared evenings remain central to the stay.

A day on the water, if you choose

An optional full-day excursion can travel via Shimoni to Kisite-Mpunguti for a boat outing and guided snorkelling, with lunch around Wasini. Weather, tides and participants’ abilities shape the plan. Others can stay at the hotel, with everyone meeting again for dinner.

The details that make it your trip

A camp-organised bush breakfast, a quiet sundowner, Swahili-inspired food and a final dinner by the hotel garden or beach can create shared moments. Ali Barbour’s Cave is an option to investigate for a smaller group. Ballooning, water sports, private dinners and production are choices to agree, not automatic inclusions.

Your itinerary / 8 days / 7 nights on location

A programme to make your own.

Day 1 / Masai Mara · Night 1

From Nairobi to the savannah

The outline assumes a morning arrival in Nairobi, sufficient time for an airport transfer and an onward flight from Wilson to the Mara region. Settle into camp; a first short drive depends on arrival time.

Day 2 / Masai Mara · Night 2

The rhythm of a safari day

Morning and afternoon game drives, with breakfast, lunch and rest between them. A quiet sundowner can close the day within the camp’s local arrangements.

Day 3 / Masai Mara · Night 3

Another perspective

A further safari morning, or optional ballooning with breakfast. Later, a community visit or another game drive, followed by a final savannah dinner.

Day 4 / Diani Beach · Night 4

From the Mara to the coast

Transfer to the airstrip and travel to Ukunda or Mombasa according to available connections. Hotel transfer and the start of four nights beside the ocean.

Day 5 / Diani Beach · Night 5

Permission to slow down

Beach, pool and conversation. Optional instructor-led activities, followed by a shared dinner with coastal flavours.

Day 6 / Diani Beach · Night 6

Reef adventure or a day at leisure

Optional Kisite-Mpunguti boat and snorkelling excursion, with a hotel-based alternative for those who prefer to relax.

Day 7 / Diani Beach · Night 7

A shared finale

A relaxed day, with room for an agreed team meeting or short activity. A final dinner brings everyone together.

Day 8 / Departure

A last look at the ocean

Transfer to Ukunda or Mombasa, with any onward connection planned around the international itinerary.

International travel is additional to the eight days and seven nights on location. The outline assumes connections that preserve three safari nights and four coastal nights. Any necessary transit night is identified and agreed separately before booking. Camps, park fees, local flights and optional experiences are specified in the quotation.

Planning your trip

Questions before we begin.

Why allow three nights for Masai Mara?

Three nights provide two full safari days, with time to rest between drives and consider an optional balloon flight or community visit.

Is the safari-to-beach transfer by air?

Yes, this proposal uses an air connection. The departure airstrip, route, any connections, baggage limits and possible group splits are checked for the actual dates.

Are wildlife sightings or balloon flights guaranteed?

No particular wildlife sighting can be guaranteed. Ballooning requires availability and suitable conditions and is agreed separately, with a vehicle safari remaining an alternative.

What determines the Kenya budget?

Dates, group size, international and local flights, camp and hotel standards, protected-area fees and selected activities. Private experiences and evening production are separately identified in the proposal.
