TRCO / Incentive travel
Recognise achievement.
Create memories.
A travel reward should feel personal. We design incentive programmes around the people you want to thank and the experience you want them to share.
01 / A journey with purpose
A reward
they can experience.
An incentive trip can recognise results, celebrate a completed project or thank your partners for their contribution.
We start with the people and the purpose. Then we choose the destination, hotel and experiences. The programme should make participants feel that this journey was designed for them.
TRCO manages the agreed elements of the trip, from the initial concept and travel arrangements to participant communication and support on site.
For employees
Make recognition tangible.
A reward for achievement, commitment or a successful project. We balance distinctive experiences with time to enjoy the place and one another’s company.
For partners and clients
Give a relationship time to grow.
A trip for distributors, dealers or key clients can form part of a sales incentive programme or express thanks for a long-standing partnership. We agree how business meetings, activities and downtime fit together.
02 / Programme design
First, your objective.
Then, the destination.
Who are you rewarding? What have they achieved? What should they feel and remember? These questions help us choose the experiences that belong in the programme.
Flight access, travel time, hotel availability and the possibilities on site all matter. Sometimes a long-haul journey is the right answer. Sometimes a more accessible destination leaves room for a better hotel, a private concert or an unexpected evening.
Our Rhodes project for 200 participants shows what that approach can produce. The destination was familiar. The experience was anything but ordinary.

Questions worth asking.
How is incentive travel different from a team-building trip?
Incentive travel primarily recognises achievement and rewards participants. A team-building trip focuses on relationships and collaboration. Both purposes can be combined, but agreeing the priority helps us design a coherent programme.
What can TRCO organise?
The agreed scope can include the concept, flights, transfers, hotels, restaurants, activities, branding, participant information and on-site coordination. Responsibilities are defined before delivery.
Does the trip have to be somewhere exotic?
No. The right destination is the one that suits the group, timing, budget and purpose. We compare the complete experience, including time spent travelling and what can be arranged on site.
How should we evaluate an incentive programme?
Agree the measures before the programme starts. They might include participation, progress against sales objectives or participant feedback. Assess the results alongside the company’s other activities; a trip alone does not guarantee a particular business return.
Your next event
Tell us who you want to reward.
Share the purpose, approximate group size, dates and budget. We will help you explore the destinations and experiences that make sense for your programme.
