TRCO / Corporate events
Your people.
Your purpose.
Our experience.
Corporate travel, team offsites and international events, planned around your objectives and delivered by the people who know the project.
01 / From brief to delivery
One well-managed project.
We bring the concept, travel, accommodation, programme and on-site coordination together.
Whether you are bringing employees together, rewarding business partners or arranging a conference, the event starts with a clear purpose. We work with you to define the scope, the group’s needs and the budget before recommending a destination.
You know what the proposal covers and who is responsible for each part. We check venues, work with local suppliers and coordinate the agreed programme, from arrivals to the final transfer.
02 / Our scope
The details make
the difference.
Concept & destination
We learn about the group and the purpose of the event, then recommend places and experiences that fit.
Flights & transfers
We coordinate departure points, arrivals and local transport around the size of the group and the programme.
Hotels & meeting spaces
We select accommodation, conference facilities and restaurants for the needs of the event, checking how they work in practice.
The programme
Meetings, local encounters, team activities and time to unwind. We give each day a rhythm that works for participants.
Participant communication
We prepare practical information and agree the event’s branding and communication tools. An event app can bring the programme and contacts together.
On-site coordination
The TRCO team works with local partners, supports participants and responds to changing circumstances throughout the event.
03 / Choose the purpose
What should your event achieve?
Reward achievement
Incentive travel for employees, distributors, dealers or key clients. A programme designed to recognise their contribution and create shared memories.
Explore incentive travel ↗Bring a team together
Corporate offsites and team-building trips with activities matched to the group. Time away from the office creates space for conversation and collaboration.
Meet, learn and exchange ideas
Conferences and training events that combine purposeful time in the meeting room with a thoughtful programme beyond it.
04 / How we work
From a good conversation
to a great event.
01 / The brief
We get to know your team.
We discuss the purpose, participants, dates, departure points and budget. Together, we define the scope and the priorities.
02 / The plan
We build the proposal.
We recommend destinations, hotels and experiences, explain the costs and check availability. Once the concept is agreed, we coordinate the details.
03 / The event
We are there with you.
Our team works with local partners, looks after participants and keeps the programme running. When plans change, we find a practical solution.

05 / In practice
Sofia.
One team, 18 nationalities.
99 participants, a German client and an event delivered in English.
After two briefing meetings, we proposed Sofia, inspected five hotels and negotiated the preferred venue into the agreed budget. A five-person TRCO team coordinated the event on site.
06 / Before we begin
Your first questions.
What do you need to prepare a proposal?
The purpose, approximate participant numbers, dates, duration, departure points and an indicative budget. It also helps to know the hotel standard and any essential elements of the programme. You do not need to have chosen a destination.
Can you organise an event for an international team?
Yes. Our Sofia project brought together 99 people of 18 nationalities for a German company. We delivered the event in English, with a TRCO team on site.
What determines the cost?
The destination, dates, group size, flights, hotel standard and programme. We define what is included so that you can assess the proposal against your priorities and budget.
When should we start planning?
As soon as you know the approximate dates, group size and purpose. Larger groups and popular dates need more lead time. An early conversation allows us to check flight, hotel and venue availability before decisions are made.
Your next event
A great event starts with a good conversation.
Tell us who is travelling, what you want to achieve and the budget you have in mind. We will help shape the destination and the programme.
